Description

This curriculum will help you and your child learn to improve your mental health, while keeping the Bible at the center. It will guide you in teaching your child about emotions, stress and anger management, coping skills, boundaries, problem-solving, self-esteem, automatic thoughts, and more. This curriculum was designed primarily for grades 1-6, but can be adapted for younger or older children if needed. It is useful for homeschool, Christian schools, therapists, or families who want a helpful resource on mental health. It was written by a mental health counselor/homeschool mom with ten plus years of experience in mental health. It includes over 340 pages of content and will easily provide a year's worth of mental health education.
