5 Parameter Worksheet for American Sign Language
A simple way to have your students review their signs by breaking them into their morphemes.
Each sign has 5 parts that differentiate it from other signs, by breaking them apart students understand how that sign is different from others and helps them realize how to sign it correctly, making sure their parameters are correct.
The first page of this is a chart to fill in. The second is a reminder of how to find each parameter with an example.
I have used this is every level of ASL and most students find it extremely helpful as review.
