Age of Exploration Lapbook/Interactive Notebook - Grades 4-8

Lapbooks are a great way to make learning interactive, engaging, and meaningful. They aren't just for homeschoolers, my students love putting these together to show off their learning. Tons of knowledge can fit into these compact books.

With this lapbook students will create mini-books and foldables as part of a unit study on the Age of Exmploration and piece everything together in a lapbook. It is cross-curricular as students will be immersed in World/U.S. history by reading non-fiction text and expressing themselves through writing and art. Included in this guide are teacher directions, 7 lapbook activities with directions and printables, a student reflection, and grading rubric.
