Description

This is a story to help young students learn about apologizing and practice saying sorry. Especially great for kindergarten SEL or first grade SEL! It shows why an apology can be important and includes simple examples of children apologizing.

There is a large (full-page) version of the story, which is great as a classroom book, or to project on your interactive whiteboard. There is also a smaller version which works best for take-home books. Students can read, color, and share their new learning with their families! The simple language and clear pictures help young children learn how to apologize. Full color and black-white versions are included for the full page and smaller books.

This resource is great in the regular classroom as an add on to your social emotional learning curriculum, or for social skills groups and school counseling lessons. I hope you find it useful in your classroom!
