    Description

THREE of my best selling report templates can be yours for one LOW price! This incredible TIME SAVING resource includes report templates for the following tests:

Weschler Individual Achievement Test- Fourth Edition (WIAT-4)

Test of Written Language- Fourth Edition (TOWL-4)

    Key Math- 3

Each of these FULLY EDITABLE report templates are written in such a way that avoids gender pronouns, making it even easier to personalize with the student's name and scores. Even better, the word "PUPIL" is used in place of the student's name. When you are ready to personalize the report, simply go to the "Edit" menu and select "Find and Replace". Replace "pupil" with your student's name and select "Replace All". It will instantly populate the document with your student's name.

These report templates took me days and many, many hours to put together. I've gotten a lot of positive feedback from colleagues, parents, administrators, and other stakeholders about the thoroughness of my reports. Parents have shared that it is easier for them to understand their child's scores and make sense of the data. Now, I'm sharing this incredible groundwork with you; all that's left for you to do is personalize it. You work hard! Give yourself more free time to relax while having peace of mind that your report will be one of the best ones out there.

Here's more info about each report template-

    WIAT-4:

This comprehensive, easy to use, fully editable 8 page template for the Wechsler Individual Achievement Test- Fourth Edition (WIAT-4) significantly shortens the time it takes to input scores, analyze data, look for error patterns, and report areas that student(s) did well in as well as areas of difficulty. In addition, there are supplemental resources listed as comments in the margin of the document that you can use as well.

All of the composites and supplemental sections are included in this template including word reading, reading comprehension, spelling, sentence composition, essay composition, math problem solving, numerical operations, total achievement, pseudoword decoding, phonemic proficiency, word reading, basic reading, decoding, phonological processing, reading fluency, dyslexia index, phonemic proficiency, receptive vocabulary, oral discourse comprehension, sentence repetition, oral reading fluency, decoding fluency, orthographic fluency, oral language, listening comprehension, oral expression, reading fluency, and math fluency in addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

In addition to the report template, there is a 14 page CHEAT SHEET with guided statements for each subtest dependent on how the student performed. All you need to do is simply copy and paste the correct statement into your report.

If that's not enough, I also generated an 8 page document outlining recommendations for reading, writing, math, oral language, social/emotional, behavioral, and executive functioning needs. These recommendations can then be included as accommodations or modifications in writing the student's IEP if they qualify or continue to qualify.

    TOWL-4:

This fully editable 4 page report template provides thorough descriptions for all of the subtest areas including vocabulary, spelling, punctuation, logical sentences, sentence combining, contextual conventions, and story composition. It also includes sentence starters, a summary, and recommendations to get you started.

    Key Math-3:

This comprehensive 5 page Key Math 3 fully editable template will save you hours of work! I have included a description of the test and each subtest, tables for you to put your scores into with descriptive terms and percentile ranks, framed sentences, and additional guidance in the side margin which includes detailed suggestions for possible observations made after analyzing the student(s) scores in each subtest. This report template contains all of the composite and subtest descriptions including Basic Concepts, Operations, Applications, Total Test, Numeration, Algebra, Geometry, Measurement, Data Analysis & Probability, Mental Computation & Estimation, Addition & Subtraction, Multiplication & Division, Foundations of Problem Solving, and Applied Problem Solving.
