Baby Food Comparison Lab

This lab allows students to taste test the difference between homemade and store bought baby food. This will require some planning on the teacher because someone has to buy the food. You can use your students to make the homemade baby food and then do the lab the next day that way students understand the process of making your own food or you as the teacher can do it.

In the zip file there is a teacher instruction sheet, product station sheets, and the lab sheet that students will use as they taste test. You can edit the files to meet the needs of your class.

My students love this lab. Some are hesitant to taste the chicken and beef puree but it really makes them think about what they would do as parents for their child.
