Description
One of my favorite books to use in my elementary music class is the book Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? by Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle. (Check it out here!) With kindergarten, first grade, and second grade students, we read through the book, sing the book, and play a singing game-- with stuffed animals! If you are looking for a way to get students solo singing AND engaged-- this is it!
You can check out the lesson on my blog by clicking here.
In this product, you will get a presentation of the lesson (PDF), lesson directions, and animal cards. The animal cards allow students to play the game without stuffed animals-- which is especially important in a socially distanced classroom.
These will be in a zip file. Please ensure that you have the software to download and extract this.
Included:
- PowerPoint with the lesson and game directions
- Printable lesson directions
- 32 Animal cards for the game (+32 in black and white!)
