Description
Great addition to your Forensic Anthropology Unit.
Students either use given measurements or measure in-class models if you have them of the human arm and leg bones to calculate the height of the person that once used those bones. Calculation chart give students a formula for calculating the height in centimeters -- then walks them through converting that height to inches and feet and inches.
Successfully used with 7th & 8th graders in my CSI exploratory course. Answer key included for the given measurements.
