This is a course designed to meet district and state curriculum standards.  This course is designed to give the students an overview of Computer Applications, including current terminology, introduction to computer hardware, software applications, and procedures. This course is conducted through lectures, engaging activities, group-paced instruction, hands-on practice, and discussion. Assignments range from a mix of daily tasks, timed keyboarding tests, vocabulary quizzes, projects graded on effort/attempt, and projects graded on overall appearance and completion of given requirements.
