Brain Breaks have gone DIGITAL! Use these digital brain breaks on interactive whiteboards or during distance learning to help your students get their wriggles out and refocus. This packet includes 60 different brain breaks with ANIMATED images. Check out the preview video to see them in action.

All of these brain breaks are designed to be completed within a minute so that students can get back to their tasks quickly. The brain breaks come as a PowerPoint file, and the animations play automatically in slideshow mode.

What are brain breaks?

Brain breaks are short activities that give students a mental break from whatever it is that they are working on. They have been shown to help students refocus while increase intention and engagement.
