EQAO Daily Math Review Bundle Grade 6

These EQAO Test Prep Math Task Cards were created to help your students with daily spiral math review throughout the year for the grade 6 provincial standardized test. There are 9 months of task cards included - taking you from September until May. EACH monthly set contains 34 cards in total – 27 multiple choice and 7 open response. The recording sheet for students allows for more space for students to justify their answers on the open response questions.

This set includes both colour and black and white task cards for easy printing, with 4 task cards per sheet (just cut along the dotted lines). For extra durability, laminate your task cards.

All 5 strands are represented in this set: Number Sense and Numeration, Patterning and Algebra, Measurement, Geometry and Spatial Sense, and Data Management and Probability. *Note: this resource has not yet been updated to reflect the changes in the 2020 curriculum.

You can use these monthly-themed task cards as a math centre, as a bell-ringer or exit slip, during guided math groups, for whole group learning, for the minds-on or hands-on during 3-part lessons, during small group activities, for gallery walks, with a scoot game, or even for volunteers or parents to work with students. Answers are included with this set.

I have also included a Data Tracking Sheet to keep track of your

students’ successes and areas of need.
