End of Year Kindergarten Booklet - Summer Themed Worksheets

Yippee!! It’s the end of the year! As much as this time of year can be wonderful, it can also be challenging. As your doing your testing, packing up your classroom and completing other end of year tasks, this booklet can be an awesome companion. It can also be used as a summer review pack by sending it home with students over the holidays. The booklet is packed with so many fun and educational activities for kindergarteners to complete. These activities relate to beginning sounds, middle sounds, ending sounds, sentence work, CVC words, syllables, rhyming, digraphs, number order, graphing, addition subtraction and more. ♥ Read and Find – Read the CVC words and find their matching picture.

♥ Sentence Jumble – Unjumble the sentences and rewrite them.

♥ Secret Sentence – Write the beginning sound of each picture to find out where the pirate buried his treasure.

♥ CVC Match – Match the CVC words to the pictures.

♥ Rhyming Pictures – Paste the pictures next to the picture it rhymes with.

♥ Summer Syllables – Color how many syllables each picture has.

♥ Sunny Stuff – Sort the pictures into the matching column (summer or winter).

♥ Mermaid Maze – Color the numbers 1-20 in order to help the mermaid reach her home.

♥ Ten Frames – Draw dots in the ten frames to match the numbers 11-20

♥ Before and After – Write the number that comes before and after each number.

♥ Count and Graph – Count the summer items and create a graph.

♥ Add and Color – Color the picture using the key.

♥ Surfing Addition – Answer the addition questions to 10.

♥ Subtract and Color – Color the picture using the key.

♥ Spin and Subtract – Spin the spinner and write the number in the box. Answer the subtraction question.
