Printable and Digital End-of-the-Year Memory Book

Yearbooks are often too expensive for parents to afford. I designed this resource so that all students can have a memorable yearbook to enjoy.

This resource is ideal for distance learning since it includes a digital Google™ Slides version. Students can type inside the premade digital templates. They can even share their completed yearbooks with classmates and sign each others' autograph pages.

The Digital and Printable Pages Include:

⭐Memory Book Cover Page

I like to print this page on colorful cardstock and the rest of the pages on standard white paper.

⭐School Year Statistics

Includes school information such as school name, colors, and mascot.

⭐School Year Favorites

Students reflect on their school year favorites such as favorite food, favorite movies, favorite book, etc.

⭐School Year Memories

Includes a film strip for students to add real photos or drawings of their favorite memories of the year.

⭐School Year Playlist

Students will create a playlist of their top 5 songs of the year. They can also draw or add a real photo of their favorite album.

⭐Bucket List

Students will design a bucket list where they list out the top 10 things they would like to achieve in their lifetime.

⭐Next Year's Goal Sheet
After reflecting on their school year, students will create six goals for the next school year.

⭐Classmate Superlatives

A superlative describes the highest or lowest limits of a quality. Students will fill in each star with the name of a classmate that best matches the superlative.

⭐Autograph Page

Students can share and sign each others' yearbooks.
