This product is a 5-Day PBL and STEM Project which allows students to create a Rube Goldberg-type machine using some basic materials provided by the teacher and materials from home. Students have the freedom to select which simple task their group's machine will achieve in a complicated way showcasing energy transformations.

Students will use one day to brainstorm, the second day to build and test their prototypes, the third and fourth days to create and rehearse their class presentations, and the fifth day is devoted to presenting. Students of all abilities are sure to understand the energy transformations taking place in their group's machine during this hands-on project.
