Escape Room Team Building Game: Critical Thinking & Logic Puzzle Activity

Build your classroom community and get your class working together and collaborating with this fun team building escape room game! This activity includes 4 logic puzzle challenges that help build critical thinking skills and help students persevere when things get tough.

This escape room game can be used in any subject area! This is great for back to school, end of the year, or anytime you want to add in some fun collaboration time!

Each puzzle has multiple levels to allow for differentiation. Choose puzzles that best fit your class.

This activity is designed to be printed and completed.

Needed Materials:

• Printed worksheets (all included in the product)
• Envelopes or bags to hold the clues (4 per group)
• Computers (optional) for students to “unlock” documents to get the next clue. This activity can be done without computers.
• Timer or clock
• White crayon + pink highlighters

Overview of Puzzles

Puzzle #1: Students solve word puzzles to unscramble a clue

Puzzle #2: Students put together pieces of a puzzle to find their numeric code

Puzzle #3: Students use a highlighter to reveal a hidden message

Puzzle #4: Students crack a symbol code to find their final code.
