     • 16 thumbs up cards to move onto task cards after completing

Exercises included are: crunches, elbow-to-knee, jumping jacks, leg lifts, leg rise, lunges, plank, pushups, run in place, squats, and stretching

What skills are practiced?

• Completing exercises - 24 task cards - complete exercise on task card and move thumbs up card onto task card to mark as completed.
