This freebie was created in honor of my dear teacher friend, Sara Plant, who constantly has Post it notes lining her desk and computer!

This template gives a colorful, happy home for all those reminder notes! Two templates are provided, one with suggested categories and one to customize with your own categories.

Simply print, add Post it notes, and you're good to go for the week!
