Description

Looking for fun and engaging lessons this fall? I've included some of my favorites, as well as fun original compositions so you've got something new! This bundle includes lessons and activities for grades K-5.

Note: All lessons include colorful, thorough slides for teaching the songs. Most lessons also include movement activities, orffestrations, and printables.

Fall/Autumn Themed Lessons/Activities:
“Leaves” – melodic direction lesson appropriate for K-2
“The Pumpkin Patch” – an original mi so la lesson that is fun for 1-2
“Apple Tree” – do mi so la lesson with lots of printables and a partner song
“Hop Old Squirrel” – do re mi lesson appropriate for recorder
“Flight Night” – a original do re mi lesson get your students thinking about making musical choices and adding instrumentation
“Let Us Chase The Squirrel” – a do re mi so lesson with composition and ear-training extensions
“Who Has Seen the Wind” – a low la lesson for recorder fun
“Canoe Song” and “Land of the Silver Birch” – a partner song and composition lesson

Halloween Themed Lessons/Activities
“Spooky Music Unit” – This best seller is great for covering music listening, composers, music history, musical terms (dynamics, tempo, and more) with older grades while including opportunities for descriptive writing.
“Pitch Potion” – a do re mi game
“Halloween” – a original do re mi so la lesson and game with tons of vocal and instrument ostinatos
“Pumpkin, Pumpkin” – a do re mi so la lesson with lots of printables and orffestration
“Boo the Ghost” – an original do re mi so la lesson older students will love with printables
