Field Trip Itinerary (EDITABLE/TEMPLATE)

Whether for a one day field trip or week long leadership conference, etc., a printed itinerary is an excellent means of communications. Informed parents, administrators, students, chaperones, teachers, and bus drivers help reduce confusion and those unforseen glitches that seem to pop up unexpectedly when away from campus.

Why not use my itinerary brochure (TEMPLATE) and insert your pertinent information for your next off campus experience.

In this document you can include important dates, times, activities, locations, maps, and names of students, teachers, bus drivers and other accompanying persons. There's also room to add emergency contact information like names of parents, email and phone information. (Note: names listed are ficticious for security reasons.)

Template format: Microsoft Publisher; landscape orientation and 11 x 8 1/2 size.
