Description

Print and cut out these finger tracing calming flash cards to use when you need some quiet, relaxing time. Each card has a different shaped trail to trace with your finger while you relax and breathe. This set comes with 20 finger trail cards, a cover card, and a direction card.

- Find a quiet space.

- Sit in a comfortable position with the cards in your lap or on a table in front of you.

- Relax your shoulders and focus on your breathing.

- When you are ready, choose a card and slowly trace the shaped lines with your finger.

These are a great addition to a calm down corner for young children!
