This package includes the following:

⭐Fur Trade Post Fact Scavenger Hunt: A fact finding classroom scavenger hunt has been included. A variety of different fact cards have been included to hide around you classroom, hallway, or outdoor space. Students hunt for and record the facts they discover. Students will later use the information they gather to help them design their own fur trade forts.

⭐Fur Trade Post Design Inquiry Project: Students imagine they are historians who have been hired to figure out why fur trade posts were built in particular areas. To do this, students use the multiple pages of resources and templates in this package to map, write about, and design their own Fur Trade Forts. Examples have been included.
