Description
The Guided Reading Cafe, Teacher-Student Conference Notebook is a great tool to use when you are already testing & recording a student's running records & reading levels. It provides the students with an opportunity to express how they feel about their reading skills, strengths, fears, & hopes. It also provides the teacher with the opportunity to keep up with each student's growth throughout the school year. It allows the teacher to share with each student the visible strengths & areas of weakness that the individual student displays while reading. These include: comprehension, accuracy, fluency, & vocabulary. Lastly, it is a great representation for a "Teacher-Student Team" reading plan.
