Interactive Making Words

This SMART Notebook template created by Leslie Smith allows teachers to choose letters (simply change each letter in each text box) that students will use to make different words. When the words are made, they are written in the upper columns according to the number of letters in that word. The second slide allows for the words to be sorted by patterns ex. word families, prefixes/suffixes, vowel patterns, etc. Once the words are sorted, students are able to generate transfer words using other letters not given in the 'letter bank'.
