This set up on Excel sheets was created with itinerant teachers/teachers of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing in mind, but can be edited to meet your scheduling needs.
Sheet 1: Direct Instruction Student Schedules (it can be really hard to remember who has lunch at what time)
Sheet 2: Teacher weekly schedule with service times and color blocking for students/grades.
Sheet 3: Student check off list (I use this list to date when beginning of the year IEPs are sent out and when I have set up a student's Hearing Assistive Technology)
Sheet 4: Student Service dates- this set up to group daily instruction, monthly sessions, and quarterly sessions together. Use this page to date when a service was provided.
Sheet 5: Student IEP goals. Sometimes it can be a hassle to go look up each IEP goal when it is needed. Use this sheet to quickly find a student's goal and track that goal.
