What educators are saying
I love this resource! It is so helpful to send home to parents. I wish there was one for first grade also.
This parent letter was useful when explaining to the parents what is being taught and why it was called tricky words.
Description
This product includes all 8 parent letters for the Kindergarten CKLA Tricky Words. Each letter gives an explanation of what tricky words are, and the list of words to practice in the coming skills unit.
-Tricky Word Letters for Skills 3-10 (Skills 1 and 2 do not introduce any Tricky Words)
*Skills 4-8 letters also include the review words from the previous units, since those units have only a few new words each.
These can be sent at the beginning of each unit as a look at what is to come, or as a study guide if you do tricky word checks at the end of each unit. They can even be posted by your door after the words have all been introduced, to have your kids read a word out loud to you as they leave your room in line!
