❓Does this include a lot of prep?
Nope! Just print and go.
❓What is the format?
Students will identify physical, cognitive, and behavioral expressions of emotions. My Emotions Book has 2 versions, one with less descriptions and one with more descriptions. Choose the version that suits your students best. First, you review the characteristics of the emotion (this is already done for you with a completed characteristics page) and then students complete their own characteristics page of how they express that emotion. Students will also learn different coping skills and choose the ones they will use to control their emotions.
