Description

This resource includes 10 Phonics Cheat Sheets that provide a visual reminder of sounds, keywords, spelling rules, syllable types, and syllabication strategies in a structured and systematic sequence to support independent reading. These cheat sheets are aligned to the Science of Reading and the Orton-Gillingham Systematic Multisensory Structured Language Approach, but can be used to support reading instruction in grades K-5 using any foundational literacy curriculum!

NOTE: This product will download as a zipped folder containing a PDF with all posters as well as a folder with PNG versions of each poster and individual poster components.

This resource was designed over the course of 5 years of reading instruction during which my students made exceptional growth in reading. I designed this resource to help students build independence as they apply the concepts, strategies, and skills learned in whole group word study/phonics instruction as well as intensive reading intervention.
