What educators are saying

What a great resource for my students to use in class! This is better than using the typical "reflection" type questions following a lesson. Love it!
Just what I wanted. Thank you! My Year 7's needed this differentiated a little and I suggest even getting students to pick from a list of goals to avoid overwhelming them with choice.

Description

★INDIVIDUAL GOAL SETTING★ is such an important skill, yet many students lack an understanding of what setting strong goals entails. SMART Goals are the perfect way to focus students, giving them a solution to create goals that are reasonable and achievable. This is a perfect Back-to-School or New Year's activity, and it can also be used for independent reading or academic goal setting! ☺

If you'd like an extended version of this activity specifically for New Year's, please see my New Year's SMART Goals - I highly recommend you choose this option if you plan to set goals at the beginning of the spring semester (more bang for your $, and some REALLY cool ways to incorporate slam poetry and myth).
