Description

{This item is a free preview of my full 15 poster packet}

These 4 posters are made up of American Sign Language symbols that help manage behavior around the classroom without talking. These can help teaching have less interruptions like in the following:
- a teacher not stopping teaching a skill
- a teacher not asking a student in a small group to stop working to answer a question
- students showing manners in line without talking in the hallway
- a teacher not having to yell out in an assembly or lunchroom.

I have more symbols available in my 14 posters for purchase. These include signs for sit and wait, which I use most often.

These have also helped save my voice when I am teaching in the classroom with my young 1st graders that have many questions.

The students love sign language and even sign to each other sometimes at lunch, recess, or home.
