Description

This cooperative learning review activity provides students with the opportunity to solve 18 problems involving solving multi-step equations. Students will practice equations that have decimals, distributive property, no solutions, and infinite solutions. Students are paired with a partner and complete the left column of questions together. They then must complete the right column of questions individually because each partner has similar but different questions and answers. The catch is all of the answers are used to solve a GROWTH MINDSET quote at the end. Since the partners need each other's answers it really encourages them to work together! This activity ensures one student is not doing the majority of the work while the other student copies. I also included a poster of the growth mindset message! I have also included an extra version of the worksheet where the partners would all have the same questions. It is basically partner A worksheet with the partner B answers filled in for the puzzle. This version could be used if you want the partners to work together on the entire worksheet or could be used if you want the students to work individually.
