This Excel spread sheet is a fantastic way to organise your data. It’s easy to use, easy to read and very purposeful.
This spread sheet makes it easy to use your collected data to plan your next lesson, organise review, organise a warm up or setting learning goals.
It has been set up to collect Jolly Phonics Data. This includes all letters, sounds and diagraphs. The final page of this Excel book has been set up to organise sight word data. There are running totals at the bottom of individual student columns as well as at the end of each row for quick access to whole class results.
This is completely editable. You can change the content to collect data on any subject you wish.
The grey frames are freeze locked, so you can easily scroll through the student names and still access the testing information.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Simple enter a 1 for all correct answers. When you do, the grey columns on the left will add the result to the running total as well as turn the cell green.
It’s that easy. This is a MUST HAVE for every data driven, organised teacher.
