* Technical Terms List with words year 7 and 8 students should know after comprehensive study
The goals are based on the Australian Curriculum Content Areas, Elaborations and Standards for Year 7 and 8 but are written in a format that is more appropriate and user friendly for parents and home educating families.
All Areas of the Curriculum are Included (except Languages other than English):
* English/Literacy
* Mathematics/Math/Numeracy
* Science
* Social Studies and Humanities
* The Arts
* Health and Physical Education
Languages other than English have not been included because the goals for Languages depend on the Language you are studying.

Use this resource to find out what children in Year 7 and 8 of Australian schools are working towards or use this resource as a sample for developing your own educational goals for your child.
All children develop in different ways and at different times, this resource is just a guide or a starting point.
