What educators are saying
Description
This Terry Fox bulletin board is a collaborative art activity that results in a beautiful display, honouring a Canadian hero. The no prep Terry Fox bulletin board activity highlights the provinces that Terry ran in the first Marathon of Hope. The activity can be used in your social studies lessons or as an early finisher. Perfect for many ages!
Your students will love creating this poster as the collaborative effort unfolds.
This lesson is very easy to do. Each student is given one page/piece of a large mosaic collaboration poster to colour. Once all sheets are coloured and cut out, they are then assembled to reveal a large multi-coloured mosaic/poster/mural that says, "Terry Fox".
