What educators are saying

This has helped me organize all my paper work into one location. I can also look at my students' goals quickly and easy. This was easy to use and very helpful!

Description

The super popular, Ultimate IEP Caseload Tracker, which was only Google Sheets compatible is now also Microsoft Excel Compatible! It has come to my understanding through several buyers that some schools do not permit teachers to collect this kind of data or use any types of digital files on Google Suites. In addition, the Google Sheets Version does not work properly with Microsoft as some of the special features and formatting are lost during conversion.

In an effort to ensure that ALL buyers had access to this resource, I created a Microsoft Excel version directly on Excel. Conditional formatting and all fonts should properly work.

This tracker can be re-used EVERY YEAR and you NEVER need to print a document again to stay organized. Just pull up this Google Excel Sheet and you are good to go! This tracker can be used for ANY Grade Level. If you’d like to add anything else to it to fit your needs, it is EDITABLE!

Here’s What’s Included:

1. IEP At a Glance
2. Annual Goals + Short Term Objectives Progress
3. IEP Important Due Dates
4. IEP Monthly Tracking
5. IEP Meetings + Notes
6. Communication Log + Tracker

How to Use:

All of the directions for how to use this tracker are in the spreadsheet on the first tab. When you copy this file, you will notice 7 tabs. The first one is a page full of directions with screen shot images. Read them carefully!

Why You Will Love It:

This tracker has taken a long time to create! I am a Special Education teacher and I got tired of all the paper! The best part of the tool is

  • the ease of moving between tabs,
  • everything being in one place,
  • none of your files will EVER get lost since it’s all online!
  • You get free updates to this file!

I hope you enjoy this resources as much as I do!
