Transportation on Land

This 10 slide Promethean Flipchart for Activ Board teaches students the basics of transportation on land. The flipchart opens with a thought-provoking question leading into the discussion of transportation. Next, the flipchart lists the daily objective and onto the vocabulary term: transportation (with definition). The next four slides discusses different forms of transportation on land with interesting facts, and asks students questions about where they should and should not travel using these particular types of on-land transportation. The lesson then provides a link to show students a video about on land transportation (if your system supports the audio-video file). The last summary page allows for review and closure using various pictures to engage students into a discussion about what they've learned today.
