What educators are saying
Great review for my students. Easy to use and a great tool to have with the lesson. Students found it challenging yet learned a lot from it. Super easy to use
Description
The Type of Forces Practice Problems includes 28 questions to help students understand the different types of forces (applied force, normal force, gravity, friction, tension, spring force) and its effects on motion. In the first part, students match the different types of forces with the definition and description. Next, students find the net force and describe what happens when balanced and unbalanced forces act on an object. Lastly, students look at different examples and determine the types of forces acting on the object. They use the information to figure out whether forces are balanced or unbalanced and discuss how it affects the object's motion. This was a good introductory activity to help my students understand forces. If you are looking for other lessons to teach the force and motion unit, please visit my store.
