Description
This Flipchart series (Parts 1 & 2) covers the first half of US History until Reconstruction and Jim Crow. The file was too large, so here it is split up though you may combine them in any way you see fit. The teachers can customize slides by adding the date and specific book page numbers that are referred to in the slides. Look for the {brackets} to find these areas. Instructors should flip through the charts first to find the customizable areas and edit them accordingly. These interactive lessons are great for Students with Disabilities and English Language Learners as they are jam packed with visuals, graphic organizers, video links, and project based learning. One can also plan backwards by typing up I Do, We Do, They Do lesson plans based on the order of the slides. Best for students who have already taken US History at least once before.
