Officer Panda Fingerprint Lesson Plan
This is a unit I created while taking Language Arts this summer. We hosted a Kids Forensic STEM Camp. We had 10 Pre-K students in our classroom. Our theme was centered around the book Officer Panda The Fingerprint Detective book. We had centers that dealt with fingerprints, sorting evidence, scavenger hunt for evidence, analyzing prints (shoes, egg carton, teeth marks, etc). This bundle includes 2 lesson plans, 6 teaching strategies (activity ideas), and a "theme park" oriented book report

LA with Forensic Integration for Pre-K!
This file is full of LA activities with a forensic theme! This entire unit focuses on integration of multiple subjects. It includes two LA based lesson plans, an activities file, and an example of a Literary Theme Park project. These activities are all hands-on, and focus on the interests of students. It allows students to learn about forensic science in a developmentally appropriate way. Happy teaching!
