ASL Parameter Minimal Pair Sort

In this activity students will look at a set of words and determine which parameter is different. This is called a minimal pair. They will write the word pair under the correct column. Switched at Birth Questions- Episode 1 - Deaf Culture & American Sign Language

Every year I show my ASL students the first episode of Switched at Birth. There are many moments where they can see Deaf Culture moments come to life. It makes for a great discussion, and gets them thinking. This was made for ASL, but anyone can use this when they watch this episode to get some great conversations started. If you don't own the episode, here is a link to the episode on the Free Form Website! Check out other movie/television questions!Through Deaf Eyes Questions, Quiz, & KeysS
