The Wellness Workout is designed for students who would like to improve their personal wellness and fitness. This workout provides flexibility and it allows the participant to adjust to their own fitness level. The workout will focus on 4 areas of fitness. Warm Up, Stretching, Core, and Whole Body. This audio recording is intended to be used with the free workout chart that can also be found on Teachers Pay Teachers. Each exercise on the chart will be explained in this recording.
