This lesson begins with students discussing the guiding question. They then read an article on the geography of the USA and complete a comprehension by color activity, where students use color to highlight and mark-up the passage. Students then use a QR code reader to travel to multiple locations in the USA. Students will need an iPad, Chromebook, or other device that has a QR code reader to travel to these locations through Google Earth.
