What educators are saying
Description
These decodable CVC stories focus on helping emergent readers to develop confidence and fluency, and also check comprehension. Children can use simple sight word knowledge and blending skills to enjoy these short stories. These CVC worksheets are engaging, fun and involve NO PREP.
CVC reading passages are well suited to shared reading, guided reading, literacy centres and independent work, depending on the skill level of individual readers and intent of the lesson. The passages also work well as homework.
