What is a math wheel? A math wheel is a type of graphic organizer where students can:
- Take notes/guided notes inside the math wheel
- Use color, drawing, and doodling to help create memory triggers
- Complete practice problems in the pattern around the wheel, and
- Color the background pattern
Students can keep these graphic organizers in their interactive notebooks all year as a resource/study tool.
- You can even enlarge the math wheel and use it as a type of triangles anchor chart!
The sections of the types of triangles wheel include:
1) Equilateral
2) Isosceles
3) Scalene
4) Acute
5) Obtuse
