Community: A Place to Live, Work, and Play

This unit introduces the concept of community to your students. It includes printables, interactive power point slides, problem solving ideas, brainstorming and discussion topics such as what community leaders do, what a mayor does and how he runs a campaign. This unit goes above and beyond the basics of community helpers. It includes:

-a brainstorming session of what "community" means and includes

-printable graphic organizers categorizing where your children can play, work, and live
