Description
This is a set of notebook pages to teach gross and net pay, paychecks and their deductions, pay schedules (hourly, weekly, monthly, annually), pay conversions (ex: between hourly and annual pay), percentages and estimating pay. The notes also work well for teaching decimals and percents in a real-world context. You can see all of the completed pages in the preview.
*Please note that this is not the Scaffolded Consumer Math Curriculum found at scaffoldedmath.com.
With the printable version, each page can either be hole punched and used in a binder or cut out to be glued into an interactive notebook. All of the cutouts are a uniform width and fit in a composition notebook. The notes now include a digital GOOGLE Slides version with formatted text boxes.
Photos of the completed pages are included as an answer key.
