What educators are saying

Helpful for providing feedback and also as a resource as we transition to standards based report cards.

Description

This fully editable report card is aligned with the Common Core Standards.

ELA and Mathematics sections are directly from the Common Core.

There are shorter, more generic sections for Social Studies, Science and Social Skills/ Work habits.

This report card is presented in two formats.

The first version is for use with Microsoft Word.

The second version is for use with Google Docs™.

Both a version for trimester reporting and a version for quarterly reporting are included.

Each report cards fits on one 8 1/2 x 11 page, using front and back.

I hope you find this useful! Thanks, Anne

** Also available - Second Grade Common Core Standards Parent Handout with similar wording and format. Designed to give to parents at the beginning of the year so they know what to expect at report card time.**
