Description
This Executive Functioning Checklist is a great education assessment for the transition section of a student's IEP. Perfect to use with freshman and/or transition students who are new to your school to assess where they are with their skills.
Students self-assess themselves in the following areas:
- Technology Skills
- Assistive Technology
-Organization
- Resource Behaviors and Usage
- Study Skills
- IEP Knowledge
Additionally, there is a self-reflection piece where students can comment on specific statements as to their strengths and plans for future growth.
Focus is on a school that is a G-Suite School that utilizes Google tools such as G-Mail, Google Classroom, Google Docs, etc. You can easily change these statements to reflect the technology systems in your school/district.
As a Hyperdoc, the user can jump to the various sections making it easier to divide this assessment over multiple class periods. This can be easily shared through Google Classroom or other LMS.
