Fairy Tale Trials (Mock Trial Activity)

Perfect activity to teach students about multiple perspectives while introducing them to the justice system! In this activity, students will examine the acts of villains in various fairy tales, and determine arguments for how they could be considered innocent or guilty. Pack includes charts for organizing arguments, brainstorming witnesses and evidence, and opening statements. Also includes a list of suggested text resources and links to sampe mock trial scripts.
