Description

A Foods Lab Planning and Evaluation Sheet for Family and Consumer Sciences teachers to give to students to fill out each time they have a cooking lab and for them to use to grade each group every lab! 2 versions to choose from. Print back to back so the planning sheet is on the front and the evaluation is on the back!

UPDATE: Now also includes an editable PPT file version so you can edit it to your class needs!! Make any changes you want and then save as a PDF and print for your students!

Lab Planning Sheet Includes 6 Jobs:

  • Manger
  • Chef
  • Sous Chef
  • Waiter
  • Host
  • Busser

If you don't have 6 students in a kitchen, students can divide up the other jobs or have someone do two of the easier ones.

Cleaning Check List includes:

  • Stove top is turned off and clean
  • Equipment is clean & put away
  • Microwave is clean inside & out
  • Counters are clean & sanitized
  • Table & Chairs are clean
  • Dishes are put away in correct places
  • Floor is swept and clean
  • Dirty laundry is in the basket
  • Sink is clean & wiped dry
