Are you looking for ways to boost joy and positivity in your classroom? This 21-Day Happiness Bootcamp is just what you and your students need! This pack is meant to be a way for you to help students become more positive! Did you know that research has found that if we journal each day over the course of 21 days giving thanks and gratitude for the things we cherish in our lives we can actually be happier and more positive in our everyday lives? In addition to journaling and showing gratitude, research also shows that meditation, exercise, and doing random acts of kindness also boosts overall attitude. We know that our students go through so much, both at home and at school, but with these steps, we can help boost students’ attitudes, moods, and overall mindset. Grab this gratitude journal to get started today!
Gratitude Journal Activities Pack - Grades 3, 4, 5 - 21 Day Happiness Boot Camp Includes:
- 21 Daily Journal pages with prompts, quotes, and sections for journaling
- Random acts of kindness chart
- Positivity posters / Journal covers
- Ideas/directions for using this pack
Inside you’ll find all of the tools you need along with 4 daily suggestions to get the most out of this resource. The boot camp is based on meditation, journal/reflection pages, exercise/movement, and random acts of kindness. These daily components will help you and your students feel happier, more grateful, and calmer after just 21 days!
The goal of this pack is to help students think more about the GREAT things in their lives, become more healthy, and to change their mindset. In life, we focus in on the negative so much and at times, this happens with our students, too. Some of our students come from really hard home lives, and we can help students focus in on the positive, however hard it may be. 21 Days is the perfect length of time to retrain the brain. I can’t wait to hear about how you feel about the 21-Day Happiness Boot Camp! I truly believe that you can help your students by completing this process each day and being consistent. You may also find that you need to come back to this a couple of times throughout the year, which is also okay to do! Use this as much as you need to help students retrain their brains.

⭐ This was awesome to use during our kindness week at school! It helped my student think through what it means to be kind each day.
⭐ These pages provide a nice addition to our daily / weekly gratitude journals. I like the focus and the range of ideas included. They are thought provoking and require reflection, which is an important learning and personal skill.
⭐ We used this as morning work for the 21 days before Thanksgiving break. I kept them all in a file, bound them, and sent them home with kids on the last day before break. Parents loved seeing what their kids were thankful for.
