In life, we focus in on the negative so much and at times, this happens with our students, too. Some of our students come from really hard home lives, and we can help students focus in on the positive, however hard it may be. 21 Days is the perfect length of time to retrain the brain. This was awesome to use during our kindness week at school! It helped my student think through what it means to be kind each day.

⭐ These pages provide a nice addition to our daily / weekly gratitude journals.   I like the focus and the range of ideas included.  They are thought provoking and require reflection, which is an important learning and personal skill. 

⭐ We used this as morning work for the 21 days before Thanksgiving break. I kept them all in a file, bound them, and sent them home with kids on the last day before break. Parents loved seeing what their kids were thankful for.
